RAW STEEL - DARK (EVEN BLACK) - Left untreated, the RAW STEEL WILL RUST and develop a natural patina completely unique to your environment. Raw Steel is a highly recyclable material that gets reused over and over again. This makes the finish and color vary from piece to piece, to sometimes even black. Your raw steel finish is created at our local mill and can be darker or lighter than our pictures depending on what material is being recycled that day.

INDOOR FLAT CLEAR -DARK (EVEN BLACK) - The Indoor Flat Clear finish is an oil-based matte clear coat that makes the steel darker, sometimes even black. This finish will hold up well inside and is easy to clean. This finish can be darker or lighter than our pictures depending on the recycled steel we use that day.

OUTDOOR SILVER - The Outdoor Silver finish is a bright silver powder coat with a slight sparkle. This UV protected finish will protect the steel in the toughest conditions including outside in wet and salty environments. Powder coat is a thick industrial coating that is VOC free and holds up for many years.

OUTDOOR GLOSS CLEAR - The Outdoor Gloss Clear finish is a glossy clear powder coat that makes the steel darker, sometimes even black. ALUMINUM POWDER (GLOSS CLEAR, FLAT BLACK, GLOSS WHITE, GLOSS RED) - These Aluminum powder coat finish options will help prevent chips and scratches and give you more color choices. These UV protected finishes will protect the Aluminum in the toughest conditions and help prevent oxidation over time.

Plasma has a hard time with small and detailed designs. The only way to tell if your logo or design is possible is to send me an artwork file and the dimensions. I need both pieces of info to tell you what is possible.

If you like a design but want something tweaked, changed, or added, let me know and I can work up a unique piece for you. My custom work is priced by the size and finish selected. Send me a message and I will set up a Custom Listing just for you.

I currently offer a RAW STEEL finish as standard on all signs. Left untreated the sign will rust and develop a natural patina completely unique to your environment. Due to the nature of raw steel, each piece will vary in look, giving you a unique piece.

The INDOOR FLAT CLEAR coat is the best option if you like the look of the raw steel. It is an oil based clear coat that will hold up well inside and is easy to clean. This finish leaves the steel a few shades darker, sometimes even black.

Purchasing a Custom Listing indicates proof approval by the customer unless otherwise noted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the proof is correct in all areas (spelling, grammar, layout, etc). If a proof containing errors is purchased, the customer is responsible for repurchasing. Your sign will be cut out using a homemade CNC plasma table that will cut out the design precisely with a plasma torch operating at 50,000 degrees. Once your sign cools, I will start the finishing process to remove any unwanted slag and sharp edges. The product, once completed, is a raw steel sign perfect for your antique finish, paint or natural rust.

Very nice product! Looks excellent in person! I decided to build a frame and add LED backlighting. Just needed to drill some holes in the steel to bolt it to the frame! Love it!!

This sign is awesome. It proclaims our Backyard Paradise est. 2021. Our backyard has become our paradise this summer with a new poured stamped concrete patio. My husband’s going to love it when I give it to him on Father’s Day. Great quality, fast delivery. VERY satisfied.
