This Peyote Stitch Needle Case kit is a great way to get into bead weaving. The kit uses peyote stitch to create both the body of the design and the ends. There is a video to accompany the kit, showing you how to create the ends of the cover as well as clear written instructions, diagrams & photos.

Suitable for both confident beginners and more advanced beaders. The completed needle case is fully functional and a great way to keep your beading, sewing or embroidery needles safe. The kit makes a lovely gift for a creative friend or you can make it yourself to gift - if you can bring yourself to part with it!

The kit comes with full instructions and materials needed to make the needle case cover including, the wooden needle case blank, all the Miyuki Delica beads, high quality beading thread, beading needle and a bead mat, all presented in a neat small box.

Alongside your kit you will need a pair of scissors (embroidery scissors are ideal) and you may find a needle threader handy (although we prefer not to use them as beading needle eyes are quite small, so we have a short video on our YouTube channel showing you the easiest way to thread a beading needle).

The Fizz Cat design was originally created for a competition winner, the prize being to have a bespoke design created to their specifications. The request was for a rainbow with a black cat or paw prints to commemorate their little black cat they’d just lost. We created the pattern to incorporate both cats and paw prints and they loved it! So we’ve named the pattern after the cat it was designed around. A lovely memento to remember a furry family member!
