. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the cover color and foil color, add your unique details to the personalisation box provided and place your order.

. DESIGN + PROOF
We will work our magic and create your unique vow book designs. You will receive a proof for inspection within 1-2 business days. You can let us know then if any changes are required.

. APPROVAL + PRODUCTION
Once you are 100% happy with the finished result we will finalise the vow books for production. Production (time to make the books) can take between 5-7 business days.

. SHIPPING
When your booklets are complete they will be dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification. Shipping generally takes between 2-3 business days.

After purchasing one of our luxury items and provided all of the information we need prior to checkout, we'll get started on your unique design.

We will send you a digital proof within 1-2 business days (weekdays only). This digital proof is a mockup to give you an idea of what your finished product will look like.

Digital proofs are sent via ETSY CONVOS. Please check in regularly to check for updates or queries from us to make sure your order is moving along :)

Once you receive your first proof we will ask you to check all details are correct and make any amendments that you need.

If we don't hear back from you within 2 business days of receiving your proof we will attempt to contact you again. If we don't hear back after another 2 business days we will go ahead to production. At this point no changes can be made so please make sure you are checking your ETSY CONVOS for our messages.

After you have received your digital proof you can request that we make amendments to names, dates, spelling, etc. If you would like additional text we will do our best to accommodate but please get in touch prior to ordering to confirm. We do not offer font changes to a design that has been purchased. Please make sure you are happy with the fonts shown in the photos prior to ordering.

If you would like to cancel your order before you have supplied your details for customization, and/or before any design work has commenced, you will be offered a full refund.

If you would like to request a cancellation once you have supplied your details, and/or design work has commenced (prior to final proof approval/printing stage), you will be refunded 50% of the order total. We must be paid for any work that is either in progress or completed.

We are unable to process order cancellations or refund orders once the design has been sent to production.
