To launder, fasten snaps/buttons, turn garment inside out and wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Dry on LOW heat or hang to dry. Items with sequins or beading cannot be machine dried. If sequined patches become curled after washing hang to dry and iron on hottest setting with no steam from inside to flatten the patches. Hold iron in place for 15-30 seconds. If desired do another 15 seconds.

After you purchase of a custom jacket, I will contact you on this site when I get to your order to start the the design process, unless it is a name only jacket. I will send pictures of my design based on your patch choices for you to approve or edit. There are always many good options to choose from. I won’t stop until we find exactly the look you are going for. I like to design after the sale because this time is part of your purchase. I try to limit my time to customers who are waiting for their jackets to be created and delivered in a timely fashion.

The patches are pre-colored when I get them. There is a reference chart above in the listing photos. EX: All a’s are green, All b’s are pink, etc. I can change light colors to darker colors but I cannot change the dark colors such as green and red.

I love to design with customers’ input. That way they’re assured to love their purchase. However there are times when i must make the final design plan. For instance, the customer chooses desired patches but they are all small. I will add one more to fill out the over all design.

When will I receive my order

I do all orders in the order that they are received. Generally speaking I have your order in the mail 10 days to 14 days after purchase. If it’s a slow period of course it will be sooner. If you need it by a certain date I will do all that I can to help you out. If you need it very quickly please choose expedited shipping. I will work overtime to get it in the mail within 3 days or less.

Will my order arrive on time?

I wanted to keep you updated on the status of your order. Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

I do not accept returns or cancellations. When an order is generated I order and pay for your jacket. If there is a problem with your jacket, I will do all I can to make it right. I cannot be responsible for the fit though.

Can I help design my purchase?

I encourage input from all customers regarding their jacket design. I like to start with your choices and then build a theme from there. I reserve the right to the final design.

How long does it take to design

Once I get to your jacket in the order that orders were placed, I will send customer 1-2 or 3 designs to approve or edit. If I have not heard back in 72 hours I will proceed with the design that looks best taking instruction from your original order. I reserve the right to final design.

My jackets are priced a bit higher than iron on patches jackets because I take the time to machine sew each patch and every letter. This makes your new purchase machine washable rather than hand or spot cleaning. I put a lot of love and work into designing unique jackets that will last.

In the rare event that Old Navy jackets are not available, Oshkosh or Children’s Place will be substituted.

Unlimited patches on the back of the jacket. $5. charge for each patch on front and arms.

My jackets are brand new soft Old Navy and Gap (upon request) premium denim. I sew every patch and each letter by machine so you can launder it in the washer and hang or lie flat to dry. These are 100% cotton and will shrink in the dryer.
Select 4-6 patches to start with and then when I’m ready to complete your order we can fill in the rest depending on the size of the jacket and the patches you choose. I’ll message you prior to sewing so you can approve or edit the design I have for the jacket. Your input is a valuable tool to make this their favorite jacket.

Production time is 10-14 days during most of the year. However during March, April and November production time is 14-21 days. That means I will mail your jacket AFTER production time. I keep a strict order when designing and sewing jackets. Every jacket is done as it comes in. I cannot put one order ahead of another. However if you need your jacket sooner please choose expedited shipping. I sew these orders after normal business hours so I don’t disrupt the queue.
