What do I do if the Personalisation on my card is incorrect?

If the error is mine I will immediately re-make and re-post your order. If the error is a mistake that you have made either by spelling something incorrectly, or missing out the information requested in the listing, then unfortunately you would need to re-order the card with the correct information. Always contact me to discuss any issues or problems and I can see what is best to do first though.

Can you print a message on the inside of the card for me?

Yes indeed .. just fill out the Personalisation Box on the listing. Please make sure you check all spellings as I cut and paste all text. I do not handwrite messages.

I'm short on time, can you post directly to the recipient for me?

Yes - that's no problem at all! Choose the Send Direct option if there is a drop down menu, or mention it is to go direct in the Note To Seller or via a Message - there is no charge for this. Don't forget to choose the Inside Your Card Printed Message option otherwise they'll receive a blank card!

What size are your cards and what are they made with?

All my cards are 148mm x 148mm (almost 6 inches square) and are printed on very high quality 350gsm thick white lightly textured board.

When do you post out orders?

All orders are normally posted out 1-2 days after the order is received (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when dispatch dates are extended automatically by Etsy). Please look out for messages from me in case I have any queries as this will delay posting. Posting and Delivery is subject to UK Bank Holidays and any Royal Mail's delivery speed

When will I receive my order?

Royal Mail delivery times are out of my control and are purely Etsy 'estimates' and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates. I do not set these Estimated Dates. 1st Class for example will not guarantee next day delivery. Please allow up to 7 Working Days for 1st Class postage (once dispatched) but much longer during bad weather and/or Bank Holidays.

Are you an Eco-Friendly Business?

Yes! I have stopped sending my cards out in plastic cello bags and everything else I use is almost 100% recyclable. Cards with handmade Silver Plated Wire hearts, flowers etc are sent out in a bag made from Corn Starch which is biodegradable and compostable. The only tiny amount of plastic I may use is if your order is for 2 or more Wire cards in a single package as these need additional protection and in this case I use a small square of bubble wrap which I recycle from packaging that is sent to me so that it is getting a second use.

Will my order arrive by the stated Estimated time?

Etsy's Estimated Delivery Date is purely Estimated and NOT Guaranteed so I am unable to state with a 100% guarantee the date Royal Mail will deliver by as this is out of my hands. Please do bear this in mind when ordering and, if you've already placed an order and feel this is a problem, please contact me within 2 hours of your order and I will cancel it for you and fully refund if you would like.

Can I call you/you call me?

No, unfortunately this is not an option. All correspondence/discussions/amendments to orders must be done via Etsy's Messaging System as they need to keep a record of this.

Do you offer Postage Upgrades?

Yes - cards such as Seasonal ie. Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Easter which are 2nd Class can be upgraded to 1st Class post if required. They are still subject to 1 to 2 days dispatch,
