What if my parcel doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date?

First of all, thanks a lot for being so patient to wait until the estimated delivery date :) Unfortunately, sometimes the postal services can make delays that are totally out of our control. In this eventuality, please, we have to ask you to wait a bit more. If your parcel still doesn't show up 30 DAYS AFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE, please contact us and we can discuss about a refund. Thanks again for your patience ❤️
