Do you accept returns?

Returns are gladly accepted within 2 weeks of receipt, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. The customer needs to ensure that the product is well packaged to prevent damage and will only get partially refunded should there be any damage. Returns are not allowed on lampshades that are customized such as height and different diameters. Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of purchase.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes I can customize orders such as height, shapes and specific fabrics. Please message me to enquire about specifics.

How long does it take for the lampshade to dispatch?

Each lampshade is handmade to order and turnaround times can vary depending on time of the year and if I am awaiting stock from a supplier. Generally it can take 2-3 weeks for them to be made and an extra few days for dispatch.

Add a delightful spruce to your wall lighting with this William Morris favorite design. Traditional strawberry thief design in a miniature pattern that suits smaller lampshades in a slate vellum aqua color background.

FITTINGS

All the sconces are fitted with a clip on that fits directly onto your lightbulb. There are two choices: round clip and torpedo clip. Please choose the round clip if you are using a round bulb and a torpedo if you are using a candelabra bulb.

LININGS

The sconces are available in white, gold, copper and silver linings. All hardback linings is made from high quality PVC styrene that is flame retardant and has passed all the necessary lighting tests for safety.

Please choose a white lining if you desire the light to shine through the lampshade brightly. Gold, copper and silver will not shine through the lampshade but rather emit a warm glow from the top and bottom.

SIZES AND SHAPES

The sconces come in two shapes: empire or drum. The empire is slightly tapered and the drum will have the same top and bottom diameter and comes in the following dimensions:

3x5x5 (3 inch top diameter x 5 inch bottom diameter x 5 inch height).

The drums are typically 4x4x5, (4 inch top and bottom diameter and a 5 inch height).

My current lead times are 2-3 weeks, however a lot of the sconces will be pre made and ready to ship sooner than that.
