What is the difference between “Digital file” and Print options ?
Digital file: You will receive a high resolution image file with the perfect resolution and quality to be printed on canvas, poster, mug, coaster etc. I will send your portrait files only via email and you can print and frame your pet’s portrait at home by yourself or can get it done in a local print shop. You can share it on your social media or just simply use it as your background image on your phone.
Print: You will receive a printed portrait in the size you select from the drop down list and it will be posted to the address you provide. If you can not find the size you are looking for, please contact me. I will try my best to assist you.

HOW TO ORDER

Digital only: Select digital only from the drop-down list.
Prints: Select the size which best suits your home from the drop-down list.
Send your pet(s) image(s) with your custom request.
I will send you an image of your pet’s portrait for approval. Please make sure you respond as soon as possible. In case of delayed answers I can not guarantee the processing time given below and I can not accept delay related complaints.
Once you approve the proof, based on your selection, I will either email your digital only files or post your print to the address you provide.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Digital file:
After you place your order and I receive your pet`s photo, I will send your portrait for approval within 1-2 business days. Once you approve your pet`s portrait, I will send the portrait files by email within a few hours.

Prints:
After you place your order and I receive your pet`s photo, I will send your portrait for approval within 1-2 business days. Once you approve it, I will get your portrait printed and posted to you. Your print is posted within 3-6 business days from order completion. Please find estimated delivery times below:

UK: 6 - 8 working days
EUROPE: 6 - 8 working days
USA: 3 - 5 working days
Canada: 6 - 10 working days
AU/NZ: 3 - 14 working days
INTERNATIONAL: 6 - 10 working days

Please note that delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Deliveries are likely to be delayed during holiday periods or unexpected situations like a pandemic.

Although I am a UK based artist, you can receive your print from outside of the UK. Depending on demand and size, I use printing partners to reduce processing time and fulfill your order(s). In this case, based on availability, I select from my partners the one which is closest to your delivery address. Depending on your location and where your print is posted from, some delay can occur because of customs inspection.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Digital file:
As default, I set your portrait files ready to be printed in 16x20 inches (40.64x50.8 cm) size. If you need another size, I can change the size settings.
File format:
- Portrait with background colour in .PNG file format
- Portrait with background colour in .JPEG file format
If you need a different file format please let me know. If I have your preferred file format available, I will include it as well.

Prints:
You will receive your portrait unframed, printed on a museum-quality thick and durable matte paper. Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room.

Please note: The colour can differ slightly from the one you can see on your screen as different devices display colours with different intensity.


RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION
Because of the nature of this product I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellation is accepted until your final portrait file is emailed to you. To meet my T&Cs, if I don’t receive your pet’s photos before the estimated delivery time, I will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

COMPLAINT
Although it is unlikely that you find any issue with your digital portrait file, if you have any problems regarding your order, please contact me. I will do my best to make the situation right.

COPYRIGHT
When submitting a picture, you agree that you own the rights to the picture or have the proper authorization to use it. You also agree that your pet portrait can be used in my social media and advertising. I can not be held responsible for any copyright violations regarding the picture(s) you are sending me.
