My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

I know this is frustrating, and I will assist you every step of the way! Follow these steps if your package arrives damaged; 1. If the damage is obvious from the outside of the package, take photos before opening. 2. Take photos of the damaged item inside the package. 3. Take detailed photos of the damage. 4. Inform me of the damage, and send me all relevant photos. I will immediately start the claim process. 5. About a week after the claim starts, you may receive a letter asking you to bring the damaged item and all packaging material into the post office. 6. Send me a photo of the receipt that the post office gives you. After I receive confirmation that the item was delivered to the PO, I will send out a replacement at no cost.

This challenge coin display will be 16-20” at the longest point depending on your state. You can choose to have any line color (thin blue line, thin red line, thin green line, thin yellow line, thin white line, thin orange line, thin gray line) with the black flag, or a USA theme colored flag. The display will have 3-6 shelves of coin display, the size and quantity of shelves will depend on your state. Your state is cut from quality pine wood, and the USA flag is engraved into it. Each flag is hand stained, painted, and sealed. These are easily displayed on a shelf, or hung with included French Cleat hanger.

If you would like your flag personalized, please specify in the personalization box exactly how you want it. The text will be carved into a black stripe on the flag. I offer this at no extra charge!
