Custom and personalized orders

We have plenty of cufflinks, accessories and gift boxes to be personalized with private initials, names, company logos, created images. To make it easier for you there are number of designs and many fonts to choose. If you have a wish of your own specific personalization, we can negotiate about that, and provide designer help as far as we can. In some cases you will need to provide your image in vector format. (like eps, ai, cdr). Just remember, that we shall do our best to create personalization exact to what you desire.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You will love how our cufflinks are packaged - all of them set in wooden cubic box, consisting of two parts: ► light wooden base, with special holders for cufflinks ► light wooden top with brand logo Lower and upper parts are held togther with help of twine, which then tied in a bow. Also you can order Dark Walnut Color Box, which may contain one of wish words we provide, either you may offer your own phrase, and we make engraving design for it. Just remember, that everything we create, we try to make absolutely superb, so you could enjoy your purchase and your gift would be unique and unforgettable. Wholesale availability

If you need quantity more than you see in listing - just inform us! As we are manufacturers, there might be an ability to produce the quantity you need in shortest terms. However, sometimes we have large orders from companies, and production of your order with quantity larger than available in listing might take time. If you need a wholesale order for one of our models - we can negotiate about that. Just remember, that wholesale orders longer to wait. Shipping information and terms

Our production time is 1-3 working days if there is personalization, otherwise cufflinks are already produced and ready to be shipped. Shipping terms: ✈ UKRAINE - Nova Poshta (1-2 working days delivery) ✈ International EUROPE- Ukrpost Аvia Standard Shipping (typically 7-16 working days) ✈ International REST OF WORLD (The USA, Canada, Australia) - Ukrpost Аvia Standard Shipping (typically 7-30 working days) Shipping terms are based on information provided by Ukrpost Mail and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases deliveries may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather or postal service issues, which are out of our control. Nevertheless such delays are just a rare happening exclusion and not a rule.

Did COVID19 make influence at your production and shipping terms?

COVID19 quarantine hasn't influenced our production, although postal regulations and shipping speed and terms changed much. If your order goes to the USA, you don't have to worry - your parcel shall be delivered withinin 14 working says maximum. If your order goes to European countries or Canada, delivery may take longer time - up to 30-35 working days. If your order goes to Asian countries or Australia, delivery may take up to 50 working days. Also because of changes in postal work because of quarantine, parcels are often tracked with delays, and sometimes shipping information changes, only when recipient has already received the order. Such situations happen all around the world, so don't panic, and contact us and local post office.

Can you create my own personalization design for Gift Box?

We offer many unique engraving designs to personalize gift boxes, though if you have your own idea of customization, we will gladly help to make them real as soon as possible.
