* Custom orders: Any jewelry made specifically to your specifications.
* Items with adjustable lengths: Bracelets or necklaces ordered with extensions.

Exchange Policy

* Only one exchange is allowed per order.
* All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of receiving your item. Let us know if you'd like a return or exchange.

• Repackage the item securely, ideally using the original packaging.
Ship Your Item:
• Choose a shipping method with tracking.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Send Us the Tracking Number: This helps us monitor your return and process it quickly.
Important: Please contact us for specific instructions before shipping your item back.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours without any fees. After that, a 40% restocking fee will apply. This helps cover the costs of materials and labor invested in your handcrafted piece, as cancellations mid-production can be a significant loss for my small business. Thank you for understanding!
