Beautiful and well made. Fast shipping too.
Very dissatisfied. I placed the order as their stock was low. I asked a specific question about their mounting hardware and waited, and waited and waited. I sent additional follow up messages with no reply. Finally I sent an order cancelation and low and behold I got an answer. I received my shelf, it was missing the holes for wires to run through it as per the item description, the middle divider was crooked, and the mounting brackets on the back were improperly drilled into the particle board backing. Only 2 out of the 4 screws holding the mounting brackets were actually in the solid wood. The shelf was damaged with a gouge from what I assume was caused during shipping. When I contacted the sellers they offered to have it shipped back or a refund. I asked for the refund and never heard back. Very disappointed

Hi Mr. Gareth we appologies for this however in the last week there have been 3 holidays between canada and the US so the reufund was delayed. We truly appologies for all the mishaps. We have seen some of the issues being out of north america brought some delays in you messages it seems as well. we have since fixe that bug on our end. we appologies and please note this is not our standard of business.
