Hardwood Flooring for your dollhouse! Made with real wood and available unfinished or in your choice of stain, these make absolutely beautiful flooring for any dollhouse.

Full boards measure 4.4" long by 2/3" wide, perfect for your 1:12 scale dollhouse. Easily trimmable with a sharp blade or scissors, making your dream dollhouse hardwood floor is easy! We recommend finishing with a sealer for a long lasting finish.

Set includes 30 boards covering at least 58 square inches:
20 full boards at 4.4" x 0.667"
10 half boards at 2.2" x 0.667"
(half boards not included in square inch calculations)

To calculate the number of sets to order:
1. Measure the length and width of the installation location.
2. Multiply the length by the width. (8" x 10" = 80)
3. Divide the answer from (2) by 58 (80 / 58= 1.38)
4. Round up the answer from (3) (1.38 rounds up to 2
5. The answer from (4) is the number of sets you may need

Please note that colors may vary due to computer screens, we recommend ordering multiple sets at once to ensure stain consistency.

If you glue down unfinished boards, please lightly sand (very lightly) to remove any glue residue before staining.

This is the most common question we hear! Each type of flooring covers a different size area, so please check the listing to see the coverage.

First, measure the room that you'll be covering. Then multiply the length by the width to get the area.

For example, if a room is 10" by 14," your are will be 140 square inches.

If you're room isn't square, there are websites available to help you calculate the area with a simple google search.

Once you have the area, divide it by the coverage amount from the listing. Our 1:12 flooring, for example, covers 58 square inches. With our room above, we take 140/58 to get 2.41. Round that up to 3 and that's how many sets you need!
