A cobalt blue glass Victorian Era Christmas fairy light. The fairy lantern has a diamond or quilted pattern, and would have originally had a wire under the rim with a handle to hang it on a Christmas tree. I would only use a battery operated tea light candle in this jar. The fairy light stands about 3.5 inches tall, and is 2 inches in diameter at the rim.

For its age condition is very good. The rim in quite uneven, but this would have been how it was made. I found one tiny nick, but otherwise no chips or cracks.
