Orders are sent via regular letter mail to keep prices affordable, which can range anywhere from 2-8 business days for delivery after your order has shipped. American Customers: orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking and can be expected within 2-5 business days after your order has shipped. Int'l Customers: delivery can be expected within 1-5 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method selected. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

To promote the longevity of your bracelets elasticity: 1) Roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible. 2) Take the bracelet off before applying lotions/sprays to protect it against chemical breakdown. 3) Try to keep the knot from being exposed. Keeping it securely inside a bead will lessen the stress that it is exposed to, making it less likely to fail. 4) Wear your bracelet on your non-dominant hand. All of our crystals are ethically sourced. Many of the countries we currently buy from, including Bali, Guatemala and India, support various artisan communities through their social responsibility initiatives. This is a form of fair trade, where income is being used to support a diverse group of small manufacturers and families. Most of our semi-precious stones and crystal come from family-owned mines passed down from generation to generation, much like a family farm in Canada. Our minerals are purchased from suppliers with the (correct) appropriate mining certificates, which establish their operations as safe and environmentally sound. We work with partners in the industry who we can trust.

The product was delivered in a timely manner, and is exactly as described. However, although it was indicated that it was a gift, and a gift note was asked to be included (and all appears correct in the receipt that I received), there was no note included when the item was delivered. This kind of ruined the surprise, as I had to then explain to the recipient what was supposed to be written and included with the item. Only a small frustration, but worthy of note.
