1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
You have the right to return the goods to us without any reason within 14 days of receiving an item, unless the product was custom made for you.
Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED or EXACHANGED. Please read the product description carefully prior making a purchase to find out which items are custom made to order.
If the deadline expires on a national holiday, Christmas Eve, , Saturday or New Year's Day etc. the deadline is extended to the following business day.
2. PARTIAL CANCELLATION:
As a rule, the right of cancellation only applies if the entire purchase is returned. However, we offer the possibility for you to return you purchase partially, i.e. if you bought a lamp and a pot and you wish to keep the lamp but return the pot. The procedure and terms are the same as when you cancel the entire order. However, in the case of partial cancellation, the freight charges will not be refunded.
3. HOW TO MAKE USE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCELLATION:
You can cancel the order by noticing us either via email at comanufactory@gmail.com or Etsy messaging center. You will then receive a dedicated cancellation form and directions for return. If you wish to return your order please send us your order number and the information what do you want to return
Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be paid by you, the customer. If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement. Please, be aware that some carriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up. Additional fees may apply if the goods are subject to a custom duty.
Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our workshop. Please state clearly that the goods are being returned, otherwise additional customs fees may appear. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment.
The customer is obliged to properly secure the products so that they are not damaged during transport. Products such as flower pots or lamps must be carefully separated from each other and from the side of the box in which they are transported.
After receiving the return, the package with the returned products is opened carefully and the process is recorded by video camera. In case the returned product(s) are damaged due to the fault of the customer or the shipping company hired by the customer, or bear signs of use or modification, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or may refund the amount minus the cost of repairing the damage, modification, personalization (e.g. color of the power cords) of the returned products.
You cannot use your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the goods at delivery, or by omitting to collect it. You need to either accept the goods or collect it first and then let us know that you wish to return. If you refuse accepting the goods at delivery we reserve the right to reject the package being returned to us and we will permit the shipping carrier to have it destroyed within the amount of time regulated at their policy, thence you will lose the right to cancellation or a refund.
4. REFUNDS:
When you use the right of cancellation for the entire purchase, we refund all payments from you, including any standard freight charges (no return costs). However, if you choose a more expensive form of delivery than our standard delivery, we will not refund any additional costs associated with the more expensive form of delivery.
By partial cancellation, we don’t refund the freight charges.
We refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your notice. However, we reserve the right to hold the return payment until we have received the goods you returned.
5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS DURING PANDEMIC:
Please be advised that we are not the shipping carrier so we CANNOT take responsibility for shipping delays, therefore we do not issue refunds for the packages being late.
If the package receives the official 'lost in mail' status we will be able to provide either a full refund for your order or an exchange.
We use different shipping providers such as Fedex, DPD or UPS . Once 'lost in mail' status is confirmed we will be able to fully refund your order.
6.LOST PACGAKES:
If for any reason your package gets lost please contact us immediately. We will investigate it and either send a replacement product or a refund soon as we confirm that the package is officially lost.
Please note that we are no longer liable for the packages marked as 'delivered' or 'notice left'. If your order states as delivered, but you have not received the package we advice you to reach out the local shipping carrier to file a claim.
7.DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:
If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Please provide as many details as possible including your order number and relevant pictures. Once the claim is accepted by us you can either have a new product sent, a discount or a refund. This will be decided from case to case.
Damage in shipping: Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours either via email or message. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected and replaced. IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection.
If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift at a later date, you must inspect the product within no later than 14 days of its arrival to ensure that the product is not faulty or either got damaged in shipping or is missing.
8.DELIVERIES DURING GLOBAL PANDEMIC
We strongly advise that the due to Covid-19 your package may arrive late and the delivery times cannot be guaranteed! The limited availability of services and changing border relations have caused significant delays in shipping across the globe. Many carriers have removed their service guarantees which is why we kindly ask you to be patient.
We can not take responsibility for packages delayed in mail. In some cases the delivery time may get extended even up to few weeks, so please consider that prior making a purchase. If your package is running late please allow at least two extra weeks for the delivery. If there are no updates passed that time we will claim the package being lost in mail. Soon as the investigation is completed and the package gets an official "lost in mail" status we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund, whichever your prefer.

Manufaktura Betonu offers worldwide shipping to most countries. All goods are sent from our warehouse in Poland. Relevant shipping charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. Note that when ordering more than one item, your order may not be shipped in one container together. We ship all orders as priority mail which makes it possible to track and trace the parcel. The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us via e-mail at: comanufactory@gmail.com immediately, or at the latest 2 days after receipt.

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe, the order may be a subject to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.
10.PAYMENT & PRICES
We accept all payments types approved by Etsy including Paypal, Credit Card payments and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping costs will be added to your order.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Manufaktura Betonu ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Additional information for customer from UK:
Following the UK's exit from the European Union . For purchases up to 135GBP additional fees (VAT, customs duty) will be charged by Etsy at checkout. For purchases over 135GBP, VAT and customs duties are not charged by Etsy, but will be collected when the package is delivered by courier. Customers who do not receive the package for this reason will receive a refund minus the cost of delivery and return and any additional costs charged by the courier company.

Important: If the product is soiled by water, dry the surface as soon as possible with a clean absorbent cloth or paper towel. If water is left on the surface it may cause stains that are difficult to remove.

-lamps are manufactured according to the standards in force in the European Union and have the "CE" marking
-we do not guarantee safety and that the lamp will fit in an installation different from the European Union standards. Please check with your service provider.
