You will not be able to track these orders nor can I help locating them. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders can be delayed for many reasons beyond our control. If you haven't received your order two weeks past its due date please get in touch.

A variety of shipping options are available at the Etsy checkout when you make a purchase. As we ship globally please be aware that your order may be subject to taxes and customs handling fees as set by your countries tax authority. These are usually charged at the Etsy checkout but some authorities may require this be paid upon delivery instead. If your package returns to us because you refused to accept the package, unpaid charges, incorrect address etc. then we will hold your item for up to 14 days pending repayment of the shipping fee. If we do not hear from you we will assume the item is no longer wanted and it may be disposed of. We are a made to order business and can not resell items. No refund will be given.

Are Packages Discreet?

All of our orders are dispatched in plain packaging and bear no company logos or branding. For international orders we are legally obliged to declare package contents to customs. We will use generic terms to best protect the sensitive nature of your purchases.

What's My Tracking Number?

If you opted for a tracked delivery when purchasing from us at the Etsy checkout you can find your tracking details in your Etsy account or your dispatch notification email when we ship your order.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Generally I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on unwanted items. Creating latex is a highly labor intensive task and I cannot resell due to hygiene and quality control reasons. Made to order, custom orders and custom sized items are strictly non returnable. Items that have been polished or have liquid dressing aid on them will also be refused. I will naturally repair or replace orders that are defective or have become damaged during delivery. I do not replace latex that has become damaged through lack of care documented in our care leaflets.

Custom Orders and Made to Measure

I do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges on custom orders and made to measure items if you decide you no longer want them. They are very difficult to resell. We accept no responsibility for poorly fitting items due to customers sending us inaccurate measurements.

Buyers are responsible for supplying us with a correct delivery address. If you wish to change your delivery address you must request to as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address. We do not deliver to high risk countries, click and collect points, DHL packstations, BFPOs or schools and will immediately cancel orders to these.
