Will I be charged import duties or extra taxes?

No. Since all my products are Instant Digital Downloads, they never cross a physical border. They are 100% exempt from the 2026 US import tariffs. The only additional charge you may see is your local State Sales Tax, which Etsy calculates automatically at checkout. No hidden fees or "surprise" customs charges!

How long does a custom order take?

I typically complete custom designs within 24 to 48 hours. I use professional-grade hardware to ensure every line of your map is sharp and ready for large-format printing. You will receive a notification as soon as your high-resolution file is ready.

What if I have a question or an issue with my file?

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you have any questions, just send me a message. I am based in Romania (EET timezone), and I personally respond to every inquiry as quickly as possible to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
