What does "preorder" mean?

When you select to order an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Etsy shows when each item is estimated to be shipped out to you. Please read and ask before purchasing to double confirm you are okay with the wait time (typically 3-4 weeks after the purchase date).

How long after my preorder purchase does it take for the item to be shipped?

Preorder information will be located in the title "3-4 weeks" "8-10 weeks"; Please read and double check shipping times before placing orders.

My package said it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

Give it another 2-3 days to show up. Some mail carriers mark packages delivered even though they haven't physically delivered them yet. If a few days go by and you haven't received it or know where it is then contact the message carrier to let them know. You then can message me and let me know of the issue and we will work on a solution!

There was an issue with my order and I am unhappy, what do I do?

Whenever you have an issue with your deck PLEASE contact me immediately. For example, if the print job is off please take photos and message me. All decks are always sent unopened and there is no way for me to know if there is something wrong with the deck's print job. I trust the printer company performs a solid job each time but mistakes happen. Always contact me beforehand. A replacement deck can be sent out (may take up to 4 weeks because of a new print job has to be requested).
