Pretty perma-prest cotton blouse from the 1970's era. This is a tea-timer styled blouse with 3/4 sleeves and a high mandarin stand up collar. It buttons down the front and has the prettiest white embroidery. The blouse is lighter weight and unlined and is a longer length with cutouts on the bottom sides. It fits like a small and measurements when flat are:

17.5" to snug 18" across the bust
16" long sleeves that slightly bell at the ends
15" across back shoulders
27" long

Blouse is in Excellent condition, it however is missing one button as shown in the last photo.

Fair Numerous noted flaws, some significant - possibly repairable or cleanable / wearable
As Found A piece damaged beyond repair but with value as a costume, for study or for salvage.
