For custom size under US 18, there is no extra charge for custom sizing. Over US 18 please contact us before ordering:)

Q: What should I do if I want to purchase more than 1 dress?
A: Please contact us by ETSY converstion and I'll add the stock for you.

Q: What should I provide for a custom made dress
Bust measurement.
Waist: Measurements of the Smallest Part of your Waistline.
Hips: Measurements of the widest part of your hips
Hollow to Hem: From the collarbone to the floor(including the height of the wedding shoes)
Shoulder to Shoulder
Nipple to Nipple

For a custom order under US 18, you just have to leave a message about your own measurements when checkout, then I'll ignore the size you choose and go ahead with the measurements you provide.
Oversize dresses are also welcome, please contact me for more information.

Q: What is your return policies?
We do not accept returns for custom dresses.

For regular dresses, you can send back in 3 day, we'll issue you 70% of the dress(shipping fee will not refund) All our dresses are made from scratch, your understanding is much appreciated.( Only accept returns for dresses is less than US 14, over US 14 will be considered to be custom dress)

I am blown away by the quality of my dress!!! Linna was a delight to work with, and always responded to messages within 24 hours. I had a handful of changes made to my dress to customize it and she did a beautiful job. If you order custom measurements make sure to be as specific as possible with the numbers! The shipping is also unbelievably fast which surprised me. If you want a beautiful gown for fraction of the price, don't hesitate to order from Vicky Mermaid. I'll add photos after my wedding.

This dress is beyond gorgeous. The lace is beautiful, the fit is glamorous and sexy but classy. Communication was great and shipping was fast. I would order this again in a heartbeat. So so glad I took the plunge with this dress!!
