• We ship all orders via Sweden Postnord mail, NOT TRACKABLE.

# We offer FREE Express shipping for orders over 70 EUR / 700 SEK / 85 USD. Estimate delivery time : 3-5 days.

If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return.
Once you have contacted me, I will guide you with your item return or exchange.

All jewelry must be returned unworn with no evident signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging.

❀ LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT
For parcels that are shipped with tracking number, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

❀RETURNED MAIL
All parcels shipped with express courier that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
We will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct or with missing data.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order and provide a contact phone number so the courier cuold manage the delivery.
