Seller's description

Just in time for Mothers Day, here’s some helpful advice from one of Jane Austen’s most memorable mums, Mrs. Bennet:

“People do not die of little trifling colds. “

Fans of Austen’s work, Pride and Prejudice, will be very familiar with this over-the-top mother of five daughters and her constant hysterics.

Embellished with an original pen and ink design, the ceramic glaze fired onto the mug’s surface means the artwork won’t fade or crack. You’re just left with a smooth, shiny protective coating on a mug you can take anywhere without fear of it breaking or rusting.

Whether around a campfire or curled up in a cozy corner, this 10 ounce sturdy mug is perfect for hot or cold drinks. But don’t limit it to just drinks. Use it for soup, cereal, ice-cream or as a handy popcorn scooper.

Its classic, vintage look also makes it great for decorative uses such as a planter, pencil holder or candle holder.

Best of all, it makes a great gift -- especially when filled with some packaged hot chocolate, tea or other goodies.

A few details:

Size: 10 oz.; 3.25"(H)x3.5"(W)
Material: Metal, Stainless Steel, Sublimation Coated White Gloss
Care: Hand wash only; NOT Microwave Safe

Due to the rustic nature of camp mugs, you may see small imperfections such as small dents or bubbles which just add to their charm.

So cute, I think it’ll be a huge hit with my stepmom who is an Austenhead like me! Be careful, though, they are all metal and do warm up, and the mug is a little smaller than average, which isn’t a bad thing! It’s precious, like dainty meets glamping!
