Please read the product descriptions carefully. I always write the exact sizes for single items, and always have an approximate size guide for grouped listings.

How long does shipping take?

It takes an average of 3-5 business days to pack and ship your orders order. Please be mindful that weekends and Stat Holidays do not count as business days. USA & Canada: Most orders arrive within 5 -14 days. There maybe unexpected delays. International: Standard shipping takes an average of 1-2 months and has limited tracking. International shipping upgrade takes an average of 1-2 weeks and is more reliable. If you would like to update to International Express shipping and with tracking, please let me know via Etsy message and pay for the additional postal cost at check out.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not allow specific stone choices on grouped listings. However, I am more than happy to choose a piece with the characteristics that you prefer. In this case, please include a "note to seller" at checkout with a short description of your preferred stone characteristics. I will try my best to fulfill your request but this does not guarantee an exact match. Sometimes a listing is low in stock in which I will have limited selection to fulfil certain requests.

What to expect when purchasing from a group listing?

Please read product descriptions and look through every single one of the photos to get a better idea of the variety available. It is important to always read listing descriptions, which will give you a more accurate idea of the measurements or weight. By purchasing from a grouped listing, you acknowledge that any of the colors, shapes, or patterns included in all the pictures could potentially be in your order. While I do not allow requests for choosing a specific piece in a grouping photo, I am happy to choose a piece that you prefer. In this case, please include a "note to seller" at checkout with a short description of the color, pattern, or shape that you prefer. I will try my best to pick one that best match your preference.

Where is the best place to contact Asunshinesmile?

The best way to get a hold of me is through Etsy messages. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response and keep in mind that I do not check messages over the weekend. Please avoid using E-mail, Instagram, or Facebook to message me, as I do not use these platforms for customer service. It is against Etsy policies for a seller to use anything other than Etsy messages for communication.

Do you accept layaways and how does it work?

I do accept layaways. The item(s) need to be paid in full within 30 days. Deposit and payments are non- refundable.
