If you are looking for style and comfort, this might be the pencil skirt for you! The material is unknown (thetags have been cut out), but it feels so soft, like somewhere between a suede and a velvet. I am guessing it’s polyester or a polyester blend. It also has an elastic waistband at the back for a little stretch, adding to the overall comfort. I am dating it as 1980s because it came from a bundle of 80s clothing. This skirt comes to just below the knee on me, but see measurements below. Excellent condition. Washed and ready to wear. It can be used for so many different looks, from work wear to rockabilly to fancy dinner!
