This printable period tracker gives you three different Period Log layouts, a Yearly Log and three Diary pages so you can record your menstrual cycle in as much or as little detail as you like. Period Log Version 1 is a full month calendar grid (Monday to Sunday) with a Color Key box and an Information panel where you tick whether your cycle started EARLY, ON TIME or LATE, mark your STRESS LEVEL and add NOTES. Version 2 keeps the same monthly grid and Color Key, and swaps the information panel for CYCLE START, MENSTRUAL FLOW, DAYS IN CYCLE, NEXT CYCLE START DATE and a large SYMPTOMS AND OTHER NOTES box. Version 3 is a detailed symptom tracker with START DATE, END DATE, ARRIVAL, STRESS LEVELS and NOTES at the top, then a day by day table for Days 1-10 with SYMPTOMS and FLOW columns, plus a Color Key and a mini M-T-W-T-F-S-S week grid.

The Yearly Log lets you see your whole year at a glance: every month from January to December with day boxes 1-31 to shade in, a Color Key, and a table to record start date, end date and number of days for 14 separate cycles - perfect for spotting cycle length patterns or tracking ovulation and fertility over time. The three Diary pages cover Days 1-12, each day with its own DAY and DATE header and lined space for how you felt, cramps, mood, medication or anything else worth remembering.

All our files are ready to be printed. Please be sure to choose the file that suits your printer (Either A4 or Letter). Printer sizes are generally geographically determined.
