I am an International Customer. What shipping service do you use and what about duty?

Orders are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

The tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it. Help?

It doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. We recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master If you are not successful in recovering your package, please contact us and we will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

This small round chrome-plated steel Bench Block will last for years and years and, it's a good size for most hammering, stamping, and riveting jobs. The steel is chrome-plated with a mirror finish. No need to purchase a bench pad - it's got one built into the bottom of it! This soft plastic sleeve reduces the noise and rebound force when stamping to create more accurate impressions and prevents movement and damage to work stations. It has a diameter is 76.1mm (3 inches). The steel is 16mm thick, and the rubber bottom is 2.5mm thick.
