Delivery Issues/Damages

If your item hasn't arrived yet please get in touch with me however I cannot contact the Courier service until 25 days after the estimated delivery date and unfortunately this is out of my control and Royal Mail's responsibility for UK and Worldwide orders. I will then get in touch with the courier to try to resolve the issue for you to the best of my ability. If any of your items are damaged please once again get in touch and send me photos of the damaged item and packaging, thanks.

Please note we are extremely busy during the Christmas period. We will try to get your order out as soon as possible but we temporarily increase our dispatch times due to the high number of orders we receive. There can also be postage delays expected this time of year which is unfortunately out of our hands. Please when you place an order read the estimated time of arrival as we get a lot of people asking if their order has been dispatched yet when there is still a long time left before their actual dispatch date. We work through our orders in order that they appear on our system so it is fair to all customers. We do not guarantee orders will arrive in time for Christmas so please place orders well in advance to avoid disappointment. Thanks

When will my order be Dispatched/Arrive?

Please note when placing your order to check the dispatch date/estimated time of arrival as this may change due to how busy we are at the time. If you want a reminder of your dispatch date please go to your purchases, find your order and click 'Help with order', it will then show you the date in which your order will be dispatched by. As the dispatch date is stated before adding the item to your basket and again upon checkout, we do not accept cancelations because you are wanting the item sooner as we purchase materials when orders are made.

Can I cancel my order?

As stated on our shop policies, we DO NOT accept cancelations however sometimes orders can be created by mistake therefore we do accept order cancelations if you contact us within the first 24 hours. One of the reasons we don't accept cancelations is because we purchase materials for these orders as they come in.

Amazing product! High quality especially for the price, I absolutely love them! I will have to say that the back of the studs were poking through the parcel, though, so in future maybe a foam backing in the packaging might be needed?
