Our prints are made through Artillery 3D FDM printers. The Artillery brand provides very high quality results, especially in durable and high resolution printing.

INFORMATION ABOUT PURCHASE

The product you are reviewing is a PLA plastic figurine of a cute English Springer Spaniel. Our models with the "Style" option have different versions of the figurine. This difference is tail, mouth, ear, gender, etc. are the differences. Models that do not have the "Style" option have only the figurines in the images.

The images in the promotion of the product are e-drawings. Since we do not have a quality camera, we believe that this is how you can see the product in the most detail.

You can specify the height and color of the statuette you want from the ''Height and Paint'' options. Our models with the unpainted label are delivered to you unpainted, but even if you choose unpainted, we can print the product in many different colors.

Although we have many models in stock, we do not have stocks of especially very high figurines. Because every model longer than 5 inches takes a minimum of 2 days to print. Therefore, if you purchase a model larger than 5 inches, the delivery time of the product may be slightly increased.



INFORMATION ABOUT 3D PRINTER AND 3D PRINTER MODELS

There are many different types of 3D printers, the 3D printers used by our store are FDM printers. Therefore, it can print on many different plastics. However, we only use PLA plastic in our store.

PLA plastic is a very durable material. Unless you apply a lot of force, it is not possible to break it. It is resistant to very high temperatures, for example with a lighter you need to apply heat for at least 1 minute to fully melt PLA plastic. Products made of PLA plastic are suitable for your garden. The decay time of PLA plastic is minimum 1 year, it is resistant to weather conditions.

Also PLA plastic is quite eco-friendly, perhaps the most eco-friendly plastic. There is no harm in contacting PLA plastic with food, but do not forget to clean the product you purchased well to take your precautions.

Although FDM printers give near-perfect results, especially in very large prints, the same cannot be said for prints smaller than 4 inches. Since FDM 3D printers create the product by processing layer by layer, the fine lines between these layers will be obvious even if it is difficult for the human eye to distinguish. However, these lines are only noticeable when viewed very carefully. We do our best to get the most perfect print.

In addition, printing a dog from a 3D printer is a very arduous task. Especially our models standing on 4 legs are very difficult to print because layers are created from 4 different points. In order to facilitate these difficult prints, we use a support attachment for the models, and these supports can sometimes leave marks on the figurines. Although most of these traces are on the invisible parts of the product, we do our best to minimize these traces.

Finally, as you know, plastics are very light materials and naturally the weight of the products coming out of our printers is also very light. In particular, we keep the occupancy rate of our models at 20% to make the product more durable. Because models with 100% occupancy are quite fragile, while the printing time of an average 4 inch model is 1 day, this period can take up to 5 days at 100% occupancy.

If you live in the USA, the product is delivered to you within 1 week after it is delivered to the cargo. This period may be longer for Europe and other continents.

Our store is open to product returns. However, we do not accept the return of products selected as custom painted. If your purchased item was damaged during shipping, please send us a photo via direct message. However, in such cases, we can refund money. If the product is not what you want and you are not satisfied, you can rest assured that we will do our best to resolve your dissatisfaction.
