Please make sure that the link you send is correct & working. Adding an additional phrase to QR code is an additional cost. Phrase can only be 1-8 words long.

On default, the wording will go on the bottom of the QR code. Please specify if you'd like it on top of the QR code. The short phrase can be cut off the decal transfer sheet (with scissors) and placed on top if you change your mind after order has been shipped!
