~We ship via USPS two-three day Priority Shipping method due to the perishable nature of our products
~To ensure product freshness, we ship Monday-Wednesday
~When shipping to destinations in warm climates, we send products with an ice pack and insulated packaging in order to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit
~We also recommend that you ship to an address where someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner, with temperatures above 70°F
~We are unable to provide a refund/replacement for melted product if above measures are not implemented or for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control
~However, be assured that we will always do everything possible to meet the estimated arrival date

Orders for wedding favors need a 2-4 week lead time, especially if ordering personalized favor boxes.

All orders are "Made to Order", always fresh so processing time may take a little longer to create your handcrafted order!

Unfortunately we do not have a catalog to mail out.
All of our products are in our Etsy store and it is considered our online catalog.

Shelf life can vary depending on the product. Factors that impact shelf life include:

The specific ingredients of the product.
The temperature, humidity, and light exposure of the chocolate’s shipping, storage, and display location.

Our products normally should be enjoyed within 2 weeks
(if they last that long!) for the freshest experience!

All of our chocolates are hand-crafted using only the finest and freshest all-natural ingredients. For the best experience enjoying your chocolates, please follow these storage guidelines:

~Always store chocolate in a cool, dry location away from a heat source and direct light.

~The ideal temperature for your chocolates should be between 55 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit. If stored in temperatures higher than that, the chocolate may begin discolor, compromising the appearance and flavor profile.

~Do not freeze or refrigerate chocolate. Regular refrigeration units are too humid and will cause condensation.

~Keep chocolate away from sources of strong odors, since chocolate absorbs the odor of food and other strong smelling products around it.
