How do I and when can I download my files?

After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement :).

What is the largest I can print ?

Most of my images are sized to print up to the 24x36 (60x90cm). Some of them can be resized larger ( you need to contact me for that). All sizes are listed in the description of the listing, please check before purchasing if the 24x36 size is included :).

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

Sure, the easiest way is to purchase the existing listing and them message us with your size requirement. We will email your custom file to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours :).
