Whats the production time

For standard items I generally work to a time of 1 - 3 business days. Each items is made by me and quality checked before being dispatched. If you need something in a hurry, please let me know and I'll do everything I can to help.

My Item has not been delivered

Covid-19 has had a dramatic impact on delivery times for online sellers. Whilst the UK postal service is slowly returning to normal delays can still occur. For UK deliveries if you've not received your item within 10 days from dispatch, please do get in touch. I'll do everything I can to help.

Can you create a mock up for personalised Items

Yes, absolutely. I would always recommend a digital mock up for custom orders to ensure I create your art exactly how you would like it. My mock ups are computer generated images and will be sent to you either via ETSY direct or via email. Please note for complex personalisation, I may need a couple of days to generate but I'll keep you informed throughout the process.

My item is damaged in transit

I take great pride on the way I package your item and often go overboard with padding so anything delivered broken is of real concern to me. Please take photographs of the damage AND the internal and external packaging within 24 hours of receipt and send them to me as soon as possible so I can raise an issue with the Courier Company and make a replacement for you. There may be a slight delay whilst I claim agains the delivery company for any damages but I'll always keep you informed.

Can I cancel or return an order

If we have not made your order at the point of cancellation, no problem at all. Any refund will be processed by ETSY using their standard process. If we have made your item and dispatched it and you then wish to cancel, please return the item to us unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Once I have it back and have checked it, I will be happy to issue a refund. If we have made a custom item for you, unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund or accept a return once the item has been made.

The Lion is Laser Cut in 6mm Veneered MDF.

We have 6 premium Veneers to chose from all of which are 6mm thick and a Baltic Birch option which is 5mm thick

It can be hung with double sided sticky pads to small brass tacks, which are supplied. We would ask you to check their suitability before using as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage the hangers may cause
