Where do I put my personalization instructions?

Please use the Personalisation box above the Quantity option. Before adding the item to the cart use the “Add your personalization” box with the list of Line 1, Line 2, ... areas as shown in the item pictures.

Where is that Personalisation box?

As you look at the ornament you would like to purchase, you will notice a text field to the right side of the listing. You can put all of your instructions there, using the format suggested in the listing. Then add the item to your cart. That keeps all the instructions together with your order. When you check out, you will be able to review all of your personalizations.

Can I change the color of the ornament or change the writing that is already written on the ornament?

No, we can't change the color or the writing that already comes on the ornament.

What are the restrictions on the personalization process?

Here are a few quick rules: • We can NOT CHANGE the color scheme of the ornament • We can NOT CHANGE the design of the ornament, you will get what you see in the picture • We can ONLY add personalized writing by hand with permanent black ink • We can NOT write on the glittered or uneven surfaces • We can NOT draw pictures, complicated shapes or logos on the ornament. We can ONLY add heart shape, dog or cat paw, and little dots to garnish our writing with red ink if there is a special request on your note • The back of the resin ornament is a white flat surface to get a sturdy display on your tree; only the front of the ornament is 3D

Can I personalize my own ornament?

Yes. We use a simple ultra-fine tip permanent marker that you can find in any local store, If you make a mistake, you can simply erase it with %91 alcohol or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. If no personalization needed, write "None" on the Personalisation box while placing your order.

Will the writing come off?

No, the writing is done with a permanent marker. The only way to make it come off is by using %91 alcohol or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

Do you have a proof picture service?

We, unfortunately, do not have a proof picture service according to our company policy. Sorry for any inconvenience. You may take the sampled ornament pictures as a reference.

I made a mistake with my order. Will you fix it?

If you made a mistake in your personalization, and don't realize it before the order is completed, please reach us. We're happy to make additions or changes as long as you ship the ornament back to us and cover the return shipping.

Can I change my address after my order is placed?

No, we can not change any of your order details. In that case, you need to cancel your order and re-order with your correct information. We strongly recommend to CHECK YOUR ADDRESS and other details before ordering.

Can I add a pet or an extra face to my ornament?

Sure! Use the ‘Add-On’ listing found here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/632173961 These are tiny little stick-on faces or pets that are adhered to the ornament. Choose an ornament with enough extra space to stick the add on. Be sure to indicate in your personalization notes.
