*For the safety and process of the epoxy and tumbler, it will take 7-10 business days before sending out as the tumblers are customized for you and made to order.
*No two cups will be exactly the same as they are custom/made to order.
*Due to the nature of the tumbler being handmade, there may be slight imperfections.
*With your cup being sent out within 7-10 business days, this does not mean you will receive your product right away. It could take an additional week or longer to receive your cup.
*The length of time it takes to receive your item will depend on shipping time. Once shipped I cannot guarantee that your cup will arrive within your chosen time, as postal services can be delayed.
