We ship via USPS first class which typically takes 1-7 business days or longer depending on your location. Please remember weekends are not business days. How to care for your face masks?

Remember face masks are delicates and thus should be treated as such if you want it to last longer. Delicates are hand washed and hang dried and thus so should your face mask. Do not place it in the dryer and don’t use harsh chemicals as this may cause damage to the imprint on your masks.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure to read listing sizes and assure your address is listed correctly before completing an order. We will not exchange, replace or refund any order. If an error was made by us please message us and send pictures within 48hrs of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue. Your happiness is our number one priority.

I think my package is lost or stolen?

Please allow 30 to 45 business days to consider your package lost. During holidays USPS may experience higher than norm delays. Most likely it’s just delayed. You can use your tracking number at anytime to follow up on your package. If within this time frame you still have not received your package please contact USPS and file a lost claim directly with them. If and when your package is found they will contact you directly. We are sorry if no shipping insurance was brought at time of checkout we will not replace your package. If your package was stolen, you must file a report with the police. Insurance does not cover stolen packages.
