Response from Maryams Crafty Corner

This buyer at no point contacted me to raise an issue, in my 8 years of running an etsy shop this is a first 1 star which was given very spitefully. I did contact the buyer and offered a refund which they did not want. I could understand a 3 star if colour not as described but a 1 star for a product that I have continously improved on hand cut, hand glued is absolutely shocking. This product has been sold in hundreds for last 3 years and no one has had issues, however every comment is a learning opportunity i will be replacing and uploading new pictures and videos. Hey ho onwards and upwards we go InshaAllah. For potential buyers please i urge you to contact me in first instance if you have any worries or issues in first instance as I am more than generous in resolving all issues.
