Custom and personalised orders

Every product is made to order after purchase. If you wish to make changes to original design you see on the pictures, please contact me prior placing your order, so I can advise you if it is possible at current time. We reserve right to not accept custom orders during busy seasons.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

We wrap all of our products as best as we can to ensure safe delivery, however things happen... So if you receive product which got damaged during shipping, send us message with photo right away and we will send you replacement.

When will I receive my order?

We can only guarantee how fast we make your order, our current production time is about 1-2 business days, depending on amount of orders we have. We truly can't be responsible for shipping delays. We ALWAYS ship on time, but when parcel is delayed because of shipping company, it is truly out of our control. We ship with hermes and royal mail. I offer tracking with hermes or proof of postage with royal mail. This is to keep the cost down for you. If you would like tracked with royal mail, please message me so I can arrange this for you. But it is definitely more expensive.

I haven't received my order!

If you haven't received your order after 30 business days since its been shipped, please contact me so we can look at solution together

Deliveries to the US are taking approximately 4 weeks to arrive. Please do not order if you are needing your order sooner.

If you are not happy with my work a refund will be made and the product will not be made.
