• IMPORTANT: Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish;

high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water and personal care products like hair spray increase this reaction.

Take steps to protect your sterling findings by:
1 - keeping them in airtight packages

2 - using tarnish-resistant products (such as tarnish tabs or strips) that absorb harmful chemicals

3 - store sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place.

Most tarnish is easily removed with a dry soft cloth.

All orders will arrive in a hard-sided jewelry box. I do NOT gift wrap, but if your order is a gift & you'd like me to add a personal note, please let me know in the order or send me a convo.

Items may be returned for exchange or refund less original shipping cost. Items must be returned in original condition & in original jewelry box within 7 days of receipt.

If you'd like to return an item, please reach out to me. I will convo you a return label that you can print & use.

Please contact me as soon as you can (within 3 days) to tell me about the return.

Items must be returned in a hard box to protect merchandise. We cannot credit you for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns sent in regular envelopes will not be acceptable, and refund will not be given.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
