My •Smudge Cleansing Spray• contains a blend of earthy essential oils including: Sage, Cedarwood, Lemon, Clary Sage, Frankincense, and Rosemary. It is infused with filtered Full Moon water and Amethyst crystals. This is a wonderful smoke-free alternative to burning sage! tнє вαѕι¢ѕ σf ѕмυ∂gιиg:

Smudging is the use of sacred plant medicine to bring or clear energy into a space using the combined elemental energies of fire (flame), earth (plant), and air (smoke).

Sage is used to remove negative energies and Palo Santo is used to bring in positive energies. Always smudge with Sage first, then Palo Santo after.

Remember to open/crack a window before smudging.

Lighting Palo Santo: light with a candle or a lighter, hold the stick at an angle and let it burn for 30 seconds to a minute.

Lighting Sage: same as Palo Santo but you won't need to have it in the flame as long- 5-10 seconds should do.

Blow out the flame and the Palo Santo/Sage will produce the needed smoke.

When you're ready to put out the Palo Santo/Sage, grind the lit tip into a fireproof receptacle, like a glass dish or an abalone shell.

I collect my crystal information online from different crystal/metaphysical sites. I suggest when you are purchasing any stones/gems/crystals that you do your own research as well and make sure you are picking out the right crystal for your needs.
