• During this time of the year especially holiday season, we "can not" guarantee delivery date as it depend on many outside factors such as pandemic, planes, weather, your national post amount of parcels in their system. We always do our best to shipped order out. If you have your due date, Please plan accordingly :)

• Don't worry , Please send us picture of your item within 3 business days after parcel arrived. ( In the case of damaged, please keep damaged item & package so we can file a claim with the post for you)

• IF mistake happened , We gladly remake and reship new one to you as soon as possible ( with no additional charge and we will also make sure same mistake won't happen again)

• In the case you received wrong item, No worry about shipping cost to ship it back to us. Please keep your first parcel as an apology from us and we will reship you a correct one asap!

- If your estimated time is over and your parcel still not arrived, Please kindly contact me directly via Etsy conversation system

- If your order marked as delivered but no package, Please check with your family member & neighbor. If it still missing please contact USPS for GPS record. Your parcel should show up in few business days ( Sometime USPS marked as delivered few days before it actually delivered )

- If it still missing and USPS GPS record shown delivered to correct address. Please file police report for mail theft , forward me picture of the record. Then I will work with my shipping agent and USPS for you and then I will remake & reship to your alternative address to keep your reshipment safe from second stolen.

• We listed approximate size of item in each listing's description. However the size may slightly different due the nature of handmade product unlike factory made, please allow 0.10" - 1" different for each item made my hand :)

We usually don't accept cancellation because most of our item are custom made but If you prefer to cancel an order, Please contact us in 24 hours check with us if it do-able. If we did not start making your item9s) , No problem we can process you refund.
