You will consistently see the "s925" stamp for sterling silver and "14KGF 1/20" for gold-filled. We do not provide certification specifying the quality/nature of our stones, as this process is optional for non-graded pieces used in handmade jewelry, and can be extremely costly, making it difficult for small businesses without gemological partnerships to access. Please be assured that we select our suppliers/lapidaries based on their accreditations, professionalism, and experience in the jewelry industry, and we stand behind every piece you receive.

I received a wrong item/item that doesn't match the description.
