Do you guarantee my item will arrive in time?

We can only guarantee when we will ship our items, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We use the USPS for shipping unless another method has been discussed between seller and buyer and paid for. Unfortunately, we can not refund items that are not delivered by your event date due to the fact that we have no control over the timeliness of the post office deliveries. We ask that you please order in advance. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you provide a refund if sent to the wrong address?

We will ship your item to the address listed on your ETSY account. Please check your address before submitting your order. If the package is sent to the wrong address we will not be responsible and unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Shipping During the Holidays

We encourage you to get your order in ASAP during the holidays. Shipping times with USPS are extended. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-9 days for delivery and Priority shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days. Please plan accordingly as we are not responsible for items not arriving on time once we hand them over to USPS.

What happened to my package? It has not been delivered?

If when tracking your package it seems LOST: please contact USPS with your tracking number and they will assist you regarding your lost package. If your package says DELIVERED, but you did not receive it: please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will assist you from there. Please note: We do not refund due to USPS error.
