Digital Prints - download

After the purchase is completed, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link that will take you to the page where you can download the files and save them. Then, just choose the file size that matches with the chosen frame and print it at home using high quality paper and your printer’s best setting or, for best results, go to your local print shop.

Shipping - Delays and lost orders

Delivery times are an estimate according to the last shipments, this information is updated frequently, and is mentioned in the product listing. During holidays seasons there may be delays in delivering orders, these delays are not our responsibility. We are also not responsible for customs duties or VAT on international orders. If you have not received your order after the expected date, you should contact us within 30 days so we can find out if the order is actually lost, and then we can resend a new order or make a refund. Do not let the 30-day deadline pass, as after this period it will not be possible to accept the claim. In any situation mentioned above, you can contact us, we will do our best to help you.

Problem with the order after receiving it - Damaged items

If you have any problems with your order after receiving it (incorrectly printed, damaged or poor image quality) you must contact us within 15 days to receive a new item. Refunds will not be made in these situations. In exceptional cases (where the shipment of a second item does not arrive in time for the date you want) a refund may be made but only for the value of the item (does not include shipping costs).
