How does Templett work?

▶ Most of my designs are editable via Templett. This is quick and easy - can create your design within minutes! ▶ Choose the product you would like and place your order as usual on Etsy. Within minutes you will receive an email from Templett with a link to access your template ▶ While you make changes, be sure to save by clicking ‘File’ ➞ ‘Save’ ▶ When you're ready to print your design, click the ‘Download’ button in the top right hand corner. Here you can choose between saving as a PDF, JPEG or PNG ▶ Choose your Download options and your design will download to your computer, ready to print it at home or with a printing service

What parts are editable on Templett designs?

Most or all of the text is editable and on some designs, the design element or background is editable too. You can change the size and colour of the text to suit you. You can also add your own image to the reverse of many designs (file size up to 5MB) and you can upload JPEG, PNG, and SVG files. Please see each listing description for more details on this. Please note that you cannot change the size of the templates and I include several sizes where possible to help with this. If there is a size you require that is not listed, feel free to send me a message.

Can I try the template before making a purchase?

Yes! On each listing there is a link that you can copy and paste into your browser (from a desktop or laptop) and try out the template to see how it looks with your information. You can test it out and see all of the options that would be available to you. The only difference is that you cannot save or download the template in the demo mode.

How do I access my files?

Just minutes after placing an order from us that is editable, you'll be sent an email (from Templett) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account. Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the access link email. Generally, the email is sent within just a few minutes though.

Help! I don't have access to the email address I purchased with

That's okay, there's still a way to get access to your purchased templates. Go to the Templett login page and enter the email attached to your order and click Continue. If you've not accessed your account yet, you'll see a message below the Continue button. Click the link titled: "Don't have access to this email?" Then, enter the order number. You can find this order number in Etsy under your Purchases section. After entering the order number click Continue. If you've entered the correct email attached to the order and the correct order number, you'll gain access to your account. On the next page, you can update your email address, set a password for your account and gain access to your purchased templates.

Where can I print my templates?

• Print at home • If you plan to use a professional printer, I recommend Prints of Love. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes! Simply follow this link: https://printsoflove.com/ref/harperandwren • For my monthly photo banners (14 different cards) Moo.com have a 5x7 inch 'Medium' postcard set. Download your template as JPGS and then upload each individual file to Moo.com for your postcards. Moo has an option of 25 different designs. So you could upload the 14 for the photo banner and then some will be duplicated. Or you could then upload 11 more (other) photos that you want to get printed anyway, to make it up to the 25 different postcards.

How do your Canva Templates work?

My Canva templates can be edited directly from the Canva app on your smartphone or from your laptop / desktop The PDF included with your order contains all the links to each template size. You can just click on the size you would like to use and it will open up the template in Canva. If you have a Canva account already then great, if not you can create a free account easily and access the template. To find the PDF Instructions in your Etsy order again: > Go to Purchases and reviews. > Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for the PDF associated with your order. Please note this needs to be done on a desktop / laptop or on your phone through Etsy.com on a web browser (it cannot be done on the Etsy app)
