If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible (preferably within 1 hour), bearing in mind my quick order turn around.
Products are made to order and are usually sent same day or next working day.

In most cases I will be happy to accept returns for NON personalised goods.
If a refund is agreed upon, the customer must fund the return and is responsible for ensuring products are packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Proof of postage must be obtained from the Post Office. In the event that returned goods are lost in transit, strictly no refund will be issued if proof of postage is not supplied.

If items are not returned in their original condition, the customer is liable for any loss in value which will be reflected in the amount, if any, that is refunded.

In the event of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay for the additional postage to execute the exchange of a product.

If your order arrived damaged, you must provide photographs of the packaging so a claim can be made with the delivery company.

Personalised items which are specially made (eg with your choice of name or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and cannot be resold) cannot be returned.
Please thoroughly check all the information you submit and ensure it is correct before placing your order.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and I will do all I can to resolve any issues.
If a refund is agreed upon, goods must be retur within 7 calendar days of our communication.

Products must not be returned without contacting me first.

Cloud 9 Design cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the delivery person has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements.
If goods are returned to Cloud 9 Design by the delivery company, I reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

If delivery is to a non-residential address, it is your responsibility to ensure the department receiving post, forwards your package to you.

Any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached your destination country will be the customer's responsibility as Cloud 9 Design has no control over these charges nor can predict them.

A tracked delivery option is available a checkout and is advised.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any personalisation submitted is spelt correctly and is grammatically correct, as it will be printed exactly as submitted.

Please note that due to the variance in monitor and device settings, the colours displayed on your screen may not accurately represent the true colours of any product.
