We are a genuine family-run business based in Portugal, Europe. Every personalised order is designed, made, packed and shipped directly from our own studio—not outsourced or drop shipped.

How quickly do you make and ship orders?

Most personalised orders are made within 1 business day and dispatched the next working day. We pride ourselves on one of the fastest production times on Etsy.

🇪🇺 Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees or Import Taxes?

No. Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered without customs duties or import taxes. For customers in other countries, any applicable charges depend on your local customs regulations, but we always dispatch from Europe.

🇺🇸 Ordering from the USA Do I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?

No! All of our USA orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP). This means all duties and import taxes are paid before your order arrives, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

📹 Can I Watch My Order Being Made?

Yes! We'd love to show you behind the scenes. Simply add a note to your order requesting a making video, and we'll film your personalised item being created and share it on our Instagram. Follow us at @little_england_gifts to watch your order come to life! ✨ Please note that during exceptionally busy periods we may not be able to film every order, but we'll always do our best.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every personalised order is handcrafted in our Portugal studio using professional embroidery, laser engraving, UV printing, foil printing, and laser cutting equipment. We never use mass production or third-party fulfilment.

I need my order urgently. Can you help?

Yes! We specialise in fast turnaround times. Most orders are made within 1 business day, and we offer express shipping to many countries. If you have a deadline, send us a message before ordering and we'll do everything we can to help.

Custom and personalised orders

Unlike many online shops that use overseas production partners, every Little Europe Gifts order is designed, personalised, handmade, and shipped directly from our own Portugal studio. This means faster production, better quality control, direct communication with the people making your order, and reliable delivery from Europe.

Great quality! A bit bigger than I expected but they are perfect! Kelly is amazing, got such good customer service afted my package was not delivered when it was supposed to be. She tried to contact the delivery company after I could not get in touch with them. Also delivery would have been quick if the delivery company did not mess up!
