High-quality printing on mat quality paper. Cards and prints are printed with white edges all around.
Please note that this illustration is not an original artwork, but a faithful reproduction of my digital artwork.
Frame is not included. Colors may vary according to your computer's screen.

-> A6 sizes will be sent into a standard kraft envelope.
-> A4 and A3 sizes will be sent into an unbending kraft envelope.

Each item is carefully wrapped in a kraft paper. The enclosed picture is an example which may vary according to the seasons.


♣ SHIPMENT & DELIVERY :

-> STANDARD WITH TRACKING NUMBER (all destinations)
By default, all orders will be sent by French post (with tracking number / no insurance)
If you want to change those parameters, you can send me a message and subscribe to an insurance for your parcel.
The parcel delivery will be confirmed by e-mail, with your tracking number and your receipt.

Delivery from France, is normally within 4 to 10 business days for Europe, and 10 to 16 business days for the rest of the world.


-> GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All orders are sent, on average, within 2 to 3 business days, after receipt and collection of the payment, which should be added the delivery times.
HelloWhiteRabbit cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

The products are shipped throughout the world, at the address given by the customer. In case of error in the delivery information given by the customer (surname, first name, number and street's name, post code/ zip code, phone number, email address etc...), HelloWhiteRabbit could not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery.

Seller shall not be liable for any damages, loss, claim or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever caused during the shipping.
We recommend to verify the condition, contents, and quantity of the packages when they are delivered, and make a claim directly with the carrier, where necessary.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me as soon as you get your parcel, and the purchase will be refund when receiving it back. Transportation and return costs will be paid by the customer.
Please note that custom orders shall not be either taken back or exchanged.
