HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?

Instant downloads are available immediately after your payment clears, and customized designs will be available for download within 2 business days. (Watch your email for an Etsy message with a download link in it.) If you checked out with an Etsy account your downloads will always be available on the “Purchases and Reviews” page of your account. If you checked out as a guest, be sure to save your download email so you always have the link should you need it again in the future. WHEN WILL I GET MY CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS?

Customized digital files will be available for download within 2 business days. (Watch your email for an Etsy message with a download link in it. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see an email after that time.)

HOW DO I OPEN A ZIP/COMPRESSED FILE?

Windows: Right click on the zipped file and choose “Extract All,” select a location to save the file to, and click OK. Mac: Double click the zipped file. It will automatically open and save in the same folder as the zipped file.

HOW DO I PRINT THE FILES?

You have several options for printing. You can print at home, take the files to a local print shop or photo center, or upload the files to an online printing service. I would recommend this last option for the best quality. Many printing services also offer a wide array of options including metal prints, canvases, or even prints that come framed. I recommend using heavy paper to print on - either a heavyweight cardstock, or matte or lustre photo paper. *Please be aware that the final quality of the print will depend on the quality of the paper, ink, and printer used. Please also note that colors on prints may vary from what you see on your screen due to differences in display and print settings.*

WHERE SHOULD I PRINT THE FILES?

To find out where to print your files you can do a google search for “local print shops” or “online print lab.” (I would recommend against using one hour photo services as the quality can be quite poor.)

CAN I GET IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?

Some designs can be upgraded to include a color change. However, this is not an option on all designs, so you’ll need to refer to each listing to see if color changes are an option, and to find a link to the add-on listing.
