Your clothing items are hand washed or eco-dry cleaned prior to being shipped. Everything can be spot cleaned or hand-washed in cold water with mild soap to maintain the quality and lifespan.

Jewelry can be wiped clean with a soft cloth after wear, and will keep it’s integrity longer if kept out of contact with perfumes, lotions, or hairsprays.

Take care with your vintage items and please reach out if you have questions regarding care of specific materials.

You’ll receive your items in sustainable packaging. Everything is recyclable, including the labels. Boxes, padding, and paper tape are also biodegradable & made from recycled materials.

For orders in the US, your items will be shipped with tracking within 2-3 business days. If you’d like a local pickup or expedited shipping, please reach out. For international orders, please reach out for a tracked shipping quote.

As the buyer, you’re responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT or other customs fees, so please check your location’s restrictions and place orders accordingly.

Once your items have been shipped, couriers assume all responsibility for delay, damage or loss, and any issues or claims should be addressed with them.

Please enjoy and appreciate our offerings with their stories and character. All items are final sale, and we can’t accept returns or cancellations.

Vintage items are sold as-is. They’re pre-owned and may show some wear, and any major defects will be noted in descriptions. Due to lighting, color of products may vary slightly from the photos.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs. In the rare event of an exchange for shop credit: if the item was sold with "free shipping" to the US or discounted shipping to Canada, original shipping costs paid by us will be deducted from the buyer's credit amount.

Prices are carefully calculated to cover time and work for physically searching, sorting and sourcing; item cleaning/washing, sewing repairs, modifications, ironing; photoshoot setup and cleanup, styling, editing + uploading shots; measuring and listing products; marketing, updating social media, customer service + answering emails; packing, shipping + supplies. We compensate our models fairly via trade and factor in Etsy fees.

Our prices aren't negotiable. They reflect realistic supply and labor costs and aren't inflated to turn a profit, but to keep the shop open and running. Covering business costs means I can continue finding the best vintage just for you!

This shop carries mostly unique, one-of-a-kind items. If you see something you love but can't purchase right away, just send me a message and I'll set it aside for you for 24 hours.

For longer holds + layaway, reach out to send a 25% deposit to reserve the item. To encourage serious buyers only, this deposit isn't refundable, but the deposit amount will be applied toward your purchase.

Once I receive your deposit, I'll lower the item price to reflect the partial payment, and reserve the listing with your name on it so that once you're ready, you'll be the only one who can purchase it. Remaining balance should be paid within 30 days, or the hold will be removed and the deposit forfeit.
